Internal flow passages are cast in one operation, with sealing faces and threads finish-machined on CNC, reducing the accumulated error of multiple setups.

Valve parts and pipe fittings are the core, alongside mechanical structural parts, wear- and load-bearing parts, gear and transmission parts, automotive and farm machinery parts and general hardware. Most orders are non-standard work made to drawing, with material, dimensions and surface treatment executed to the customer drawing.

Valve PartsValve parts that contact the medium or carry load; polishing and pickling/passivation available to drawing.
Pipe FittingsFittings that change flow direction or pipe size; the bore is cast with a core in one step and both welding ends are machined to drawing.
Pipe FittingsSealing faces and hole patterns are finish-machined. If you need threads, air-tightness or hydrostatic testing, please state the requirement when ordering.
Structural partsWelded or multi-part assembled structures can be merged into a single casting, cutting process steps and assembly error.
Cast steel partsStandard castings in 25 steel, A3 and 45 steel, suited to load-bearing parts and to parts that will later be quenched and tempered.
Wear PartsFor scheduled replacement of wear parts. Carbon steel and cast steel grades are available, and hardness and heat treatment requirements can be met.
Gears and drive partsSmall-module gears, sprockets and transmission housings. After the rough casting, tooth profiles and fit faces are completed by fine turning or gear shaping, with one schedule and no multi-party coordination.
Auto & farm machinery partsSupplying the wide part range of the service and aftermarket. For volume supply of automotive assemblies, please submit drawings first; we will reply on feasibility and capacity after evaluation.
HardwareFurniture hardware, handrail fittings and equipment accessories, produced on multi-cavity trees for stable dimensional consistency.
Custom partsMost orders fall into this custom category. A drawing or a physical sample is enough; a processability review opinion is issued before the quotation.
We run a free casting DFM review on receipt of the drawing; with a complete data package the quotation comes in 1 – 3 working days
We make the wax injection mold and set the gating and riser and the wax tree assembly method, completed in 7 – 12 days
First articles are sent with chemistry and dimensional inspection data; the design is frozen once you sign off the sample, 15 – 25 days
Production to order, then annealing and pickling, and packing and shipping after inspection passes, 30 – 45 days
The table below lists the grades we produce routinely and their typical fields of use. If you can provide service conditions such as medium, temperature, loading and service life, we can propose candidate grades on that basis with a cost comparison.
| Service conditions | Recommended grade | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| General structural parts where cost comes first | A3 (Q235) · 25 steel | Ordinary carbon steel; mature process, lowest cost |
| Load-bearing + needs quenching and tempering | 45 steel | Medium-carbon steel; heat treatment raises strength and hardness |
| Pressure valve bodies · pipe fittings | WCB | Cast carbon steel for general engineering; the most widely used grade in the valve industry |
| Decorative parts · indoor hardware · mild corrosion resistance | 201 · 202 | Nickel-reduced stainless steel; corrosion resistance below 304, at lower cost |
| General corrosion resistance · food contact | 304 / 304L → CF8 casting | Our workhorse grade, balancing properties and cost |
| Chemical media · chloride environments | 316 / 316L → CF8M casting | Higher molybdenum improves pitting resistance; common on export parts |
Duplex stainless, superalloys, aluminium alloys and copper alloys fall outside our routine production range. If you genuinely require them, please provide drawings and technical conditions; we will reply formally after assessing the feasibility of melting and shell building, and we make no order commitment for grades outside that assessment.

Among the castings we deliver, most are custom parts made to customer drawings. Please provide the drawing and the service conditions; we first issue a review opinion on castability, process route and cost build-up, then move to quotation.
