Sanming Hongyi Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in April 2022 at No. 55 Jingyuan Road, Shangjing Industrial Zone, Shangjing Town, Datian County, Sanming, Fujian. The site covers 55 mu (about 36,700 ㎡) and employs over 100 people. Shell building uses the silica sol process, and wax injection runs on two lines — mid-temperature wax and low-temperature wax — selected by part structure and surface requirement. Three induction furnaces of 150 kg and 250 kg serve melting, with a spectrometer controlling chemistry at the furnace front; shell removal, annealing, pickling and inspection of the castings are all completed on site. CNC machining is an accompanying capability of 16 machine tools, up to 5-axis, scheduled and delivered together with the casting operations.
Our products center on valve parts and pipe fittings. Most orders are special custom parts made to customer drawings, and we have stable series-production experience with parts that have complex geometry, large wall-thickness variation or tight geometric tolerances. The company is ISO 9001 certified and has exported to Taiwan, Japan, Europe and the US over the long term on FOB and CIF terms.

All three are issued by Zhongxin Liancheng Inspection and Certification (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. and valid until 16 November 2028; the numbers and certified scopes can be checked on the official website of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA).
